Billy Joe Nail, 77, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007 at Wesley of Dyersburg Nursing Center.
He was a retired employee of the maintenance department for the city of Dyersburg and a former member of Tennessee Army National Guard.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Second Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronnie Turner officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Nail of Dyersburg; a daughter, Alice Lohnar of Dyersburg; a stepdaughter, Vicki Greer of Dyersburg; a son, Eddie Joe Nail of Dyersburg; a stepson, Anthony Hopper of Dyersburg; a sister, Willie May Ables of Pinson; a brother, Bobby Nail of Dyersburg; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Mary Nail; and a sister, Drewy Hilliard.
