Jack C. Berg, 87, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2007 at Wesley at Dyersburg Nursing Center.
He was a retired park ranger for Marathon Oil Company, an Army veteran of World War II and attended Miston Baptist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with the Rev. Carmon Dennison officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg.
The family will receive visitors at 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Nettie Berg of Dyersburg; a daughter, Jacklyn Elliot of Muskegon, Mich.; a stepdaughter, Dale Sanderson of Dyersburg; three sons, Michael Berg of Honor, Mich., Carl Berg and Kelly Berg, both of Muskegon, Mich.; three stepsons, Glen Baggett of Halls and Ricky Baggett and Danny Baggett, both of Dyersburg; a sister, Dorothy Smith of Muskegon, Mich.; five brothers, Norman Berg, Harold Berg, Fritz Berg and Artie Berg, all of Muskegon, Mich. and Leonard Berg of Whitehall, Mich.; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Anna Berg; and two grandsons, David Jones and Peter Jones.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Deese, Ethan George, Bryan Hartman, Justin Brown, Jim Brown and Robert Turnbow.

Donald Eugene "Hollywood" Lovell, 43, of Ridgely, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2007 at his residence.
He was a correctional officer at Northwest Correctional Center and a member of Cottonwood Grove Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Ridgely chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Eric Burress officiating. Burial will be in Minnick Cemetery in Elbridge.

Survivors include a daughter, Britney Lovell of Dyersburg; three sons, Joshua Adam Lovell of Union City, Justin "Mack" Lovell of Dyersburg and Brandon Lovell Harrell of Halls; his parents, Roy G. and Elizabeth Lovell of Ridgely; a sister, Kimberly Lovell Deason of Ridgely; his grandmother, Estell Lovell of Dyersburg; his lifelong companion, Anna Lovell of Dyersburg; two nephews, Jonathon Deason and Matt Deason, both of Ridgely; and a grandchild, Trace Harrell.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Odell Lovell and Herbert and Bessie Rinks.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Lovell, Mack Lovell, Brandon Harrell, Chris Baggett, Walter Wilkerson Jr., Danny Childress, Joshua Barnes and Andy Davis.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jonathon Deason, Matt Deason and Ronald Wood.
Richard W. O'Bryan, of St. Louis, Mo., formerly of Dyersburg, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2007 in St. Louis.
