Ruby Crecelius, 82, of Newbern, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2007 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was retired from Heckethorn Mfg. and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at Dyersburg Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Dyersburg Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be at Oakhill Cemetery near Gadsden.
Survivors include Debbie Goins of Newbern and Elizabeth Cooley of Friendship; two cousins, Mattie Chandler of Dyerburg and Dot Cagle of Dyersburg; five grandchildren, Brian Goins of Jackson, Dianna Jackson of Ripley, Amy Campbell of Newbern, Beth Crawford of Friendship and Stephanie Cooley of Tiptonville; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Crecelius; her parents, Luther and Ida Mai Loyd DeVasher; a sister, Louise Caldwell; and a brother, Eugene DeVasher.
Pallbearers will be Gary Campbell, Tommy Campbell, Wesley Campbell and Jimmie Jackson.
Milton "Bud" Foster, 73, of Memphis, formerly of Dyersburg, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2007 at Quince Nursing Rehabilitation Center.
He was a professional pianist and a member of Bellevue Baptist Church.
Graveside services were held Tuesday in McCorkle Cemetery with Dr. Joe Wright officiating. Quince Funeral Home in Memphis was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a sister, Billie Wyrick; a niece, Vickie Shelton and husband, Donald; a nephew, David Pope; a great-neice, Lindsay Shelton; a great nephew, Jeremy Shelton and wife, Destiny, all of Newbern; and a beloved friend of 17 years, Madeline Henders of Memphis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Zuma Foster.
Carl Willard Anderson, 55, of Hornbeak, died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007 at her residence.
He was a mechanic and a truck driver for Day After Day and a member of Bogota Baptist Church
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Burial will be in Cool Springs Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife, Anita Faye Anderson of Hornbeak; two daughters, LaNita Murray and Leslie Jones; two sons, Randy Anderson and Kenneth Webb; his mother, Annie Anderson of Hornbeak; a sister, Shirley Dawson; and two brothers, Ronnie Anderson and Otis Anderson Jr.
He was preceded in death by his father, Otis Willard Anderson.
Thomas Earl "Tommy Evans, 44, of Tiptonville, died Friday, Dec. 7, 2007, at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
He was a construction worker.
Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Elbridge Cemetery with the Rev. James Kinsey officiating. Dilday Funeral Home in Union City was in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Tracy Wallace; a sister Lisa Mobbs and husband, Finis, of Rives; three brothers, Raymond Evans and wife, Renee,of Mason Hall, Billy Evans and wife, Pam, of Newbern and Gary Evans and wife, Donna, of Dyersburg; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Joan Thomas Evans.
Pallbearers will be Scotty Moore, Finis Mobbs, Kenneth Burns, Bobby Summers, Kelly Walker and Jay Ozment.
