Paul Ennis, 85, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2007 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
He was a retired truck driver, an Air Force veteran of World War II and a member and deacon at Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Lynn King officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
The widower of Margie Bane Ennis, survivors include two daughter, Joanie Criswell and husband, Jerry, of Dyersburg and Connie Carson of Newbern; seven grandchildren, Renee Bauer, Sam Criswell and Jeffrey Criswell, all of Denver, Colo., Michelle Vetter of Gillette, Wyo., Stephanie Sanders of Newbern, Amie Baker of Dyersburg and Amber Evans of Ripley; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Joe Gibson III, Lamar Gibson, Roy Childress, Billy Greer, Guy Hansford and Byron Floyd. Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Kee, Tom Countess, David Greer, Joe Gibson, Earl Stafford, Vernon Jones and Jimmy Warren.
