Gracie Lorene Butts, 81, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2008 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.
She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Services were at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Calvin Smith officiating. Burial was in South Fork Cemetery near Halls.
Survivors include her husband, Earl Butts of Dyersburg; a daughter, Shirley Stover of Discovery Bay, Calif.; three sons, Andy Seat and wife, Diane, of Halls and David Seat and wife, Shelia, and Calvin Seat, all of Dyersburg; a sister, Erma Clark of Dyersburg; a brother, Wayland Johns of Arbyrd, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Calvin "Cowboy" Seat; a daughter, Mary Lou Seat Kemmerling; two sons, Eddie Seat and Troy Lee Seat; her parents, Zeak and Alma Johns; and a sister, Blondell Kolwyck.
Pallbearers were Jason Seat, Eric Seat, Chad Richards, Dempsey Nelson, Johnny Jones and Garrett Burns.
Larry Hall Edmiston, 78, of Yorkville, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008 at Milan General Hospital.
He was a farmer and retired owner of Edmiston's Grocery and Nebo Grocery, and a member of Nebo United Methodist Church.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Wolfgang and the Rev. Russell Gallimore officiating. Burial will be in Yorkville Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Edmiston, and his parents, Vera Hall Edmiston and Merritt Edmiston.
Pallbearers will be J.B. Scott, Lee Scott, Jimmy Scott, Aaron Scott, Bobby Carlton, Mark Zaricor, Robert Galloway and Harry Jetton. Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Zaricor, Jim Payne, Quinton Boyette and Roy Petty.
Juanita Pullom, 77, of Dyersburg, died Monday, Feb. 4, 2008 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Tabernacle Baptist Church with Minister Vincent Haymon officiating. Burial will be in M.C.C.O. Cemetery in Newbern. Cosmopolitan Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive visitors at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Survivors include a daughter, Vera Pete of Dyersburg; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
