Obituaries for Feb. 12, 2008

Donna Joyce Beard, 51, of Henning, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2008 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.

She was a certified nursing assistant.

Services were at 4 p.m. Feb. 10 at Currie's Funeral Home in Henning with the Rev. John McBride officiating. Burial was in Memorial Gardens in Tiptonville.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Joe Bard; three sons, George D. Franklin of Selmer, John W. Franklin of Halls and Charles Franklin of Dyersburg; three sisters, Brenda Wiggins of Tiptonville, Connie Sandusky of RoEllen and Mamie Crutchfield of Eva; and six grandchildren.
