Annie M. King, 88, of Dyersburg, died Friday, March 14, 2008 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ.
Services were Saturday at Curry Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Turner officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Johnson of Dyersburg and Marilyn Polotao of Houston, Texas; a sister, Mattie Donaldson of Romeoville, Ill.; a brother, Jerry Putman of Dyersburg; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy "Pa" King; two daughters, Gladys Schroeder and Peggy Thomas; and her parents, George Richard Putman and Nina Florence Pilot Putman.
Pallbearers were Bart Jowers, Kevin Joslin, Fentress Joslin, Marty Lamb, Ryan Hicks, Murry Smith and Larry "Speedy" Edwards.
Jonnie Sue King, 65, of Tiptonville, died Friday, March 14, 2008 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Samburg Assembly of God.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Tiptonville chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. George Hutchison officiating. Burial will be in Cobbs Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. today at the Tiptonville chapel.
Survivors include two sons, Steven King and Mark King; four sisters, Carolyn Gooch and Dottie Downing, both of Tiptonville, Debbie Arwood and Elaine Loden, both of Plymouth, Mich.; a brother, Lanny Haynes of Tiptonville; and a special friend whom they raised, Tim Bancroft.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James King, and her parents, John Thomas and Lucille Kirby Haynes.
Pallbearers will be Steve King, Lanny Haynes, Kelly Bartlett, Sherrell Armstrong, Shawn Brindley, Andrew Brindley, Brent Work and Tony Loden.
