Unite plans to offer faith-based concerts and festivals at venues like the Oman Arena and Pringles Park. To ensure reasonable ticket prices, Unite will be selling tickets themselves online.
"Independent ticketing companies have to make a profit from just the selling of the tickets; we don't and don't want to," Royce said.
The first of these concerts will be at 5,600-seat Oman arena on April 19, and will feature the band MercyMe. Special guests at this concert will include the bands Mike's Chair and Fee, and worship leader Brady Weldon. Tickets for this event are on sale now.
In June, Unite has announced Unite Christian MegaFest to be held at Pringles Park. The band lineup at this event includes Jars of Clay, Kutless, Avalon, and five other Christian bands.
"UniteFest will be the biggest and best-drawing outdoor Christian music event in the region's history; folks will be driving in from five states around us," said Hilton.
