I am so sorry for your loss, I know who you are, I have known you a long time, however I did not realize who Jeff was, my son often was at your home with his father to work on race cars, when I mentioned Jeff's name, my son informed me I knew who you were and I do.

Aalflyatt:I cannot apologise enough for using LJ's name on here. I really believed she was still living out of state. No one had told me she was back in Dyersburg.I am truly sorry. The house I referred to that Donnie and Danny were going to well it seems that Donnie only went twice and that happened as soon as they bonded out. He has never been back . Danny on the other hand is still going there although they are moving there drug making to another spot.I truly do believe that Donnie is through with drugs and that HE gets rehab.The rest of the guys are still at it and don't seem to be at all phased by getting busted.I know that Danny and james Riley are far from through.I know that Danny is a relative of yours but I'm sorry I still stand by my opinion that he and James Riley need to get prison time. They are showing no regret at all for what they have done they just keep on keeping on.It is rumored(Isay rumored because I don't know for sure about them But I do about Danny and MR.Riley) that Mr. Hogeland and Mr.Long are doing the same thing. Almost positive Mr. Long is and I think he is snitching. Thats why they dropped the charges on him.Be thankful Danny is avoiding Donnie.That is a blessing and sounds just like Danny.

And as far as the court on Monday hell its first in the paper, public records and you probably went to court just to be able to get on here and say something. Thats right coltfan you tell em and to continue the other part of the story Amy and Danny got a divorce and her and Lauren moved to North Carolina and she married J. Junior and helped him with his business he owns. They currently moved back here this fall. And Michelle was married to J. Erwin and they had a son (her only child) and they divorced then Michelle and Danny (highschool sweethearts) got back together and got married. Neither one of them have custody of their children, which is best for the children. Michelle was never a big drug user until the last few years and actually has walked a straight line within these past years but fell off the wagon a few times. And everybody obviously knows the rest of the story

I said that yes there was meth found and there was a bag outside that was thrown out the window and one in the house as far as the materials no there was not anything they said that they smelled ether but it wasnt. Yes there was meth found in the house plus materials to make it. It doesnt actually have to be on their person for them to be convicted. Yes maybe wrong place wrong time for some but yes they all do drugs. Just because you are family doesnt mean you know if they do or not. Family usually is the ones that do know. But Mabel is just as guilty she might have married the wrong one but she got involved and she knew what is coming in and out of her trailer.

I Do not condone any drug behavior whatsoever. What I do know is by sending a drug dealer to prison the odds of being a repeat offender double, I have discovered that rehab has a 70% success rate for DRUG Dealers, 70%, so if they can get rehab, even if while in prison then come out and never repeat again, then Rehab would help, and there is nothing wrong with trying to help soeone get thier lives straight, learn to function without the control of drugs looming in the background.

Swilliams I am well aware of how the law works. Our law enforcement arrests them and the Judges let them go. As for our Sheriff being on the take well if he is he probably has more money than he can ever spend and I really think he is.

tnmamma you need to go back and reread the article on Mr. Eison. It said that charges would more than likely be issued against him again one all the evidence is in. He is still incarcerated in the prison in Henning due to parole violation, so I still feel fairly safe that this person is not on the streets again until justice is served.

You need to back up coltsfan, Sorry but no the cause of him overdosing was NOT dannys fault of problem. I am standing up for danny but this is a little personal to me. This person was from Dyer and had one leg he came to Dyersburg and found a job here but before he every meet Danny he was already highly involved in drugs. He was at Dannys house when he choose to inject a needle into the nub of his leg and shot up and yes he was rushed to the med in memphis he did have a brain annarisma (however you spell it). But it was not for getting his drugs from Danny not saying he ever did but the majority of his drugs came elsewhere. I am not taking up for danny but this was not his fault and the night the law did come to the hospital and questioned everyone they wanted to charge little danny but they couldnt. This gentleman was on drugs extremely bad and that was the way he coped with his issues. So please leave that subject alone and let "OH ROD" rest in peace THANKS

You're right tnmama, but they should do the time too!! Cause it is people like that, that get our children hooked on meth, or could possibly kill someone due to their addiction. People are CRAZY these days. I think they all should be locked up. Even the one that killed 2 people. But that is our legal system for you. The judges will let them go too. You watch and see, and they will find another house to cook their meth in. Thus problem NOT solved.
