All eight appeared in Dyer County General Sessions Court on Monday, March 24. Six participated in preliminary hearings and two waived their rights to a hearing.
The group was arrested March 10 after law enforcement officers noticed a strong odor of ether coming from inside 69 Peach Rd.
"While clearing the house the odor became stronger and smoke was coming from the bathroom area of the residence," arrest warrants stated. "After the house was cleared a white crystal substance that appeared to be methamphetamine was recovered inside the residence and outside the residence. The substance was packaged for individual resale."
Officers also reported found several glass pipes commonly used to smoke methamphetamine.

the court system seems to be more interested in putting these people in jail than a man that murdered 2 people...
You're right tnmama, but they should do the time too!! Cause it is people like that, that get our children hooked on meth, or could possibly kill someone due to their addiction. People are CRAZY these days. I think they all should be locked up. Even the one that killed 2 people. But that is our legal system for you. The judges will let them go too. You watch and see, and they will find another house to cook their meth in. Thus problem NOT solved.
Sorry a few Type O error in last post. I am not standing up for Danny he does need to be brought to a hault
COLTSFAN, i keep seeing your comments on alot of articles. you dont know what you are talking about. all the sheriffs department and police department can do arrest them. once the da convincts them, all the judge can do is sentence them to what the law allows.
tnmamma you need to go back and reread the article on Mr. Eison. It said that charges would more than likely be issued against him again one all the evidence is in. He is still incarcerated in the prison in Henning due to parole violation, so I still feel fairly safe that this person is not on the streets again until justice is served.
They ignor the dealers cause the dealers pays em off. Its all a money game not PROTECT N SERVE. this coming from a daughter of a cop!!!!
Thats right panhead57, and the more people they bust the less grant money they get. (and where does that money go) They try to make it out a DRUG FREE town. whatever huh?
Mythinking: I also would like to know where the money goes. I also would like to know where the money goes that the Dyer County Jail gets to feed their prisoners.I realise that they have all done wrong or they wouldn't be in jail and I'm not saying feed them filet mignon or anything loke that but they are starving them to death down there. When I say starving I'm not using that word loosely. They are actually starving them. The portions of food they get would not fill a 2 year old up and I do know what I'm talking about because I have a friend who works there. So wonder who's pockets that food money is going in. could it be somebody who is building a quarter million dollar house? Hmmm, it would have to be wouldn't it.
yeap me to
some must like it they keep going back for more. The money every one knows it don't go to better this Town as a whole.
What lies aalflyatt. I have told anything you seem to be the idiot you just want to jump on anybody and everybody. Thats all.
aalflyatt- First of all I have commented on all these stories on this issue except for one. And no you are not usually responding to me when I am typing cause most of yours are in the middle of the night and our time frame is nowhere around yours. As far as attacking no the last post was the only one that I was upset in. You are the one that is attacking EVERYONE. As far as FLIP FLOP show me under this headline where I have downed the Jones that are involved and said anything negative about them.
aalflyatt - and where do you get that one minute I say jail time and then the next minute sorry, I have never said that they need to go to jail. Reread and I guess write down what I said because it has never been in my post as far as the eight The only ones I know or KNOW OF is the 4 Jones and Lee. so dont know about the other 3 and definitely have not made any comments about them
