Men accused of stealing car indicted in Fayette Co.

A Fayette County grand jury indicted two men who were using a car stolen in Dyer County.

Mario Smith of Galloway was indicted on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, theft of property in excess of $10,000, evading arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Carlos Henderson of Wagon Wheel Drive in Somerville was indicted for possession of cocaine with intent to sell and evading arrest.

The indictments were handed down Monday, March 24, and the men were arraigned Wednesday, March 26, in Fayette County circuit court. Both are scheduled to appear in court again April 2 with their attorneys.

The men were arrested Oct. 4 driving a 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera that had been stolen from Neima Smith's home on Bonicord Road on Sept. 30.
