Ashley Nicole Tate, 21, 16 Dyer Highway in Yorkville, recently waived her right to a preliminary hearing in Dyer County General Sessions Court. She and two other persons are accused of breaking into the home of Andrea Milton, 1555 McCullough Chapel Road on Jan. 6 and taking two guns and other items.

Other General Sessions Court cases recently bound over to grand jury action include the following:
* Greg Alan Gregory, 51, 7932 Trimble Road, who faces an aggravated assault charge. He was accused of pointing a loaded .38-caliber pistol at the vehicle in front of him while driving on Highway 51 on March 6.
* Teresa Lindley, 43, 1295 Bethlehem Road in Newbern, who faces charges of violating the habitual motor vehicle offender act, fourth offense driving while intoxicated, violation of the implied consent law and criminal impersonation. She was arrested Feb. 2 after being stopped on Fort Hudson Road and failing field-sobriety tests. She also reportedly lied about her name.
* Jack Dempsey Lewis, 51, 1838 Browning, who faces charges of driving with a revoked license, violation of the habitual motor vehicle offender act and illegally having blue flashing lights on his vehicle.
* Dena Darlene Clark, 31, 1577 Bruceville Slab Road, who faces four counts of forgery. She is accused of forging four checks on her mother's account last June.
