What does Adams having several family members in Dyersburg have to do with it. Are yall trying to say that Ripley and Dyersburg family members are somewhat related to this story.
I think the paper is just saying that Mr. Adams has family in Dyersburg because this is a Dyersburg newspaper. Not sure, but that's what I'm getting from that statement.
Jawanna yes I agree that would be my guess also.
It doesn't matter why the comment was made. The fact is that with communities and counties this close together, people need to be made aware of what is going on. Who knows when a retaliation could occur or something could trickle into this county and vice versa. I just really wonder when young african american teens and young adults will realize that they are destroying their communities and own families with this ignorance. Young aftican american children live in fear of violence and death and the white children can't get ahead due to cocaine and meth in their communities. The world is truly in a mess!
