Raindrops on Dyer County Sheriff's Deputy Adam Fisher's car's windshield frame the funnel cloud on Friday as it crosses the Great River Road near Bradley Road.
Deputy Adam Fisher was parked on the county line on the south end of the Obion River bridge into Lauderdale County with his vehicle facing north when the dashboard video camera caught a video image of the tornado.

The time stamp notes the tornado at 4:14 p.m., about 20 minutes before the first 911 call from the remote area reported a damaged house, house trailer and farm equipment in the 3300 block of Chic Road.
