The chancery court lawsuit was settled Monday, April 28, with a consent order.
The order requires Strayhorn and Jackson to leave the beer permit and business license in place until the end of June. That will give Roberson time to obtain a permit and a license in her name.
As soon as Roberson obtains the documents, the partnership will be dissolved and all of the partnership's property will belong to her. Roberson will pay $1,527 in sales tax, an outstanding $1,764 gas bill, a $1,060 phone bill and a $65 security alarm service bill within 60 days.

"Disability cut off?" Are you talking about Social Security Disability Benefits? Anyone able to work full-time is not supposed to draw that check. If they are disabled they can get it only if their income is unearned income such as collecting rent on property or if their income/hours worked are so low it is not considered to be substantial gainful employment.
Who ran the club?
They need to close down the club for good and how does Tasha Robinson have that type of money to do anything. She just have her name on their for security reasons, she don't run the club. So how is she paying these types of bills. Could it be drug money being used undercover by the real ones running the club but under somebody eles's name. Eboni and Brenda was the same way their names was just used for beer license and things like that because her son Chris Bonds is a felony and a drug dealer and needed to put it in somebody else's name so They all got what they deserve. Brenda I hope you disability don't get cut off for this mishap.
To remain shut down would be a good thing.
