Doris Marie Rose, 63, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was a production worker for Colonial Rubber and a member of Harvest Baptist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with the Rev. Scott Sewell officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, Lee Rose of Dyersburg; a daughter, Angel Brewer of Dyersburg; a son, Shane Brewer of Dyersburg; two brothers, Ivin Lewis and Welton Lewis, both of Selmer; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Jeff Brewer; her parents, Willie and Annie Staggs Lewis; four sisters, Berniece Manley, Mildred Gardner, Ailene Purvis and Mary Frances Mooney; and two brothers, Tommy Lewis and Bud Lewis.
Pallbearers will be Jackie Lewis, Jamie Lewis, Jeff Rose, Kenny Rose, Keith Nicholson and David Moore.
The family requests that any memorials be directed to the Community Cancer Fund, P.O. Box 1002, Dyersburg, TN 38024.
Keith Underwood, 50, of Huntingdon, formerly of Newbern, died Sunday, May 4, 2008 at his residence.
He was a heavy equipment operator.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with Bro. Todd Walker officiating. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery in Elbridge.
The family will receive visitors at 5:30-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include his companion, Carol Wauagh of Huntingdon; a daughter, Brooke Underwood of Dyersburg; his mother, Norma Willis Underwood; his father and stepmother, Melvin and Billie Underwood of Newbern; a sister, Cindy Brock of Newbern; two stepsisters, Laurie Myers of Newbern and Shari Stevens of Jackson; and a brother, Rodney Underwood of Obion.
He was preceded in death by a stepbrother, Wicky Bargery.
Pallbeaers will be Mickey Evans, Tony Willis, Russell Willis, Mike Underwood, Frankie Carter and Tyler Underwood.
