Velma Christine "Crickett" Clark, 62, of Tigrett, died Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

She was a homemaker and a member of Free Holiness Church and the Ladies Auxiliary.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Independent Free Holiness Church with Bro. Calvin Smith and Bro. Dakota Owsley officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. today at Curry Funeral Home and at 11 a.m. Friday at the church.

Survivors include her husband, Harold Gene Clark of Tigrett; a daughter, LaDonna Walters and husband, Johnnie, of Collierville; a stepdaughter, Darlene Hollis of Dyersburg; a stepson, Jason Clark of Dyersburg; two grandchildren, Cyrstal Fisher Prince and Tracy Fisher Climer, both of Dyersburg; a great-grandchild, Haley Grace Warden of Dyersburg; and a great-great-grandchild, Jonathan Paul Climer of Paris; and five step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, La Creasha Vestal; and her parents, R.V. and Maxine Reagor Fortner.

Pallbearers will be Rickey Hollis, Tommy Roper, Dan Hayes, Gerald Burns, Jimmy Fisher and Mark Butler. Honorary pallbearers will be Jason Clark, Gary Sykes, Cody Hollis, Jerry Paul Climer and Gerald Prince.

The family requests that any memorials be directed to Independent Free Holiness Church, Upper Finley Road, Dyersburg, TN 38024.

Edward Freidhof, 68, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at his residence.

He was a retired employee of Quebecor World, a communicant of Holy Angels Catholic Church and a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus.

Services will be at noon Friday at Holy Angels Catholic Church with Father Russell Harbough officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville, Ky.

The family will receive visitors at 5:30-8 p.m. today at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Carmel Suhre Freidhof of Dyersburg; a daughter, Kathryn Heidorn and husband, Bruce, of Nashville; two sons, Christopher Freidhof and wife, Denise, of Urbana, Ill. and Daniel Freidhof and wife, Lara, of Dyersburg; a sister, Barbara Woprice and husband, Ron, of Cincinnati, Ohio; and five grandchildren, Kandice Freidhof, Wil Heidorn, Janine Heidorn, Samuel Freidhof and Cora Freidhof.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Georgetta Wilson Freidhof.

Pallbearers will be Pete Hinkel, Jim Kennedy, Jim McDermott, Steve Stanionis, Skip Cournia and Fritz Kaufman.
