Obituaries for June 3, 2008

Charles Milton Britt, 78, of Tigrett, died Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at Wesley of Dyersburg.

Graveside services were at 1 p.m. Friday in Nebo Cemetery in Henderson County with Chaplain James Watford officiating. Friendship Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include his mother, Annie Mae Hinson Britt of Tigrett; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymon Milton Britt; a sister, Mary Louise Storberg and husband, Roy; and a brother, Billy Joe Britt.

Barry Dale Leach, 62, of Dyer, died Saturday, May 31, 2008.

He was a retired machinist, a retired member of the National Guard and a Baptist.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home. Burial will b e in Oakwood Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include three sisters, Sue Little of Obion, JoAnn Morris of Dyer and Martha Jackson of Milan; and two brothers, Richard Leach and Gary Leach, both of Dyer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, B.F. and Irene Leach.
