Ricardo Palomo-Coronado, 30, and Delfino Martinez-Sanchez, 54, were removed on Wednesday from the Dyer County Jail by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
According to reports from the Dyersburg Police Department, the Dyer County Sheriff's Department and the Nebraska State Patrol, the two were arrested with identity documents from a man named Christopher Inskeep.

A Nebraska investigator called Forcum Lannom and asked for employment documents for the man using Inskeep's name. He received images of a Texas driver's license and Social Security card with Inkeep's personal information.
On Monday, a Forcum Lannom staffer called Ward and said a Hispanic male who identified himself as Inskeep was to arrive shortly to apply for a job.
Dyersburg criminal investigators arrived at 10:30 a.m. to find two Hispanic males, a Hispanice female and a male child sitting in a van with the doors open, filling out employment documents.
The group attempted to start the van and leave when police arrived, the report said.
The female driver was identified as Rosalia Manzanares, Clarkton, Mo. and showed a Missouri driver's license and Social Security card with her name.
Manzanares told police she did not know the names of the two men.
Police found the men had Inskeep's information on a Social Security car and Kansas driver's license.
An ICE investigator interviewed the two at the police station and found Palomo-Coronado admitted he had purchased the Inskeep documents in Missouri for $1,500. Delfino Martinez-Sanchez had a Texas driver's license and Social Security card in the name of David Loza-Gracia.
Palomo-Coronado said he had entered the U.S. illegally in April and had been previously deported. Martinez-Sanchez said he had entered the country illegally in 1999.
Both said they were from Mexico and were using the IDs to obtain work, said the report.
During the mens' appearance in Dyersburg City Court on Wednesday, the initial identity theft charges (which are felonies and cannot be tried in a municipal court) were lowered to misdemeanor criminal impersonation charges.
Palomo-Coronado and Martinez-Sanchez were given a 30-day sentence, suspended to time served. Court costs were also suspended.
The man had to use a court-ordered translator for the hearing, but thanked Judge Dean Dedmon before returning to their seats.

If we send them back, who would do the dirty, hard work that they do......... certainly not us fat, lazy Americans..... I have a friend in the construction business who says that he can't make it without Mexican labor......... Americans, white or black, won't do it.............. In Mexico there is no welfare,,,,,,,, if you don't work down there, you don't eat........... We Americans can learn something from that...... but we are all spoiled....... even those on stamps and AFDC........ Totally agree with you muscadine. After all, they were caught doing what...?!!! Trying to get a job. They work to low paying jobs and live many people to house because that's their means of survival. Very few of us "Good Ole Citizens" live off minimum wage jobs the Hispanics are trying to get.
These people are in our country......yes, they work hard, they have time to have LITTERS of kids! Who pays for them to be born? WE DO! Who pays for their medical care? WE DO! Their education, AND not to leave out free food, housing, etc, etc.! Of course WE DO!
They grow up and have MORE LITTERS and the taxes we pay are multiplied. I could go on and on.

Besides, if you can't get Americans to do the work, maybe you should check your leadership skills. Slave labor is worldwide and perhaps the No. 1 reason companies relocate abroad. It's easy to get some one to work like a slave when they can't speak your language, living on the run and want to escape religious persecution and political corruption.

Employers SHOULD be held accountable for hiring illegal aliens. If they are not sure of the employee's documentation, then don't hire them. Shame on you greedy businessmen. In my eye you are worse then the cancerous illegal immigrants.
SOrry no good, theiving messicans are trying to turn this country into mexico. Did you notice the woman in the van lied by denying she knew the names of the 2 men? They will lie, cheat, steal and kill to get what they want, and you only think they will work...after they get the job, they slack off and think they can not be fired. They also LITTER our landscape, think nothing of throwing trash on our roads and highways, and send their kids into stores to shoplift. I'M SICK OF HAVING TO PRESS ONE FOR ENGLISH.

Okay, people. Some of you people make me ashamed to call myself an American. I am going to only concentrate on one of your stereotypes. Where do all of you get the idea that all Mexican people litter? My yard is on the corner of two streets. Both my yard and the yard across the main street are always littered with trash. And who is it that I always see throwing it out the window? White people. I am white, so don't start in on me being racist. I spend so much time picking up that garbage that I should be given an orange vest and credit for community service. And when I am out there, it is always one of three people that tosses their garbage:
1.) The teenage girl who is yapping on her cellphone while she's driving her new convertibale that daddy just bought her.
2.) The redneck who is driving his ungodly loud pickup truck (which is probably shooting out tons of smoke).
3.) The expensive suit wearing-executive who is speeding their BMW, yapping on their cellphone, sending text messages while arranging a meeting on their blackberry.
And the Mexicans that live on my street? Their yards are IMMACULATE. They keep it mowed. They keep it clean, while the white people that live next door to them let their yard grow for months at a time before mowing it, and let garbage sit where it lands. Disgusting. So before you start in on all of these stereotypes, look around you and see who is actually making the mess.

Muscadine; I don't know who your friend in constructon is, but my husband and several other hard working Americans have been put out of construction work because our government helps pay Mexicans' salaries and if the Mexicans are illegal they will work for less money. I realize that there are some people in our country that won't get out in the heat and work for a living, but I also know for a fact that there are several that will work if given the opportunity. The company my husband worked for has one of the illegal Mexicans hired as a foreman and he hires other illegals to work for him and then lays off our hard working husbands.
Well I have to comment on this topic .. I will not say that Im racist , fore I hate everyone of all races equally , but I do not like most , and yes I said most , mexicans .. Simply because most are here illegally . The way I see it is if you want to be here , then do it the right way . I hate having to work and pay for them to live, eat, have a baby , and other things here in America . However , you guys arent thinking too straight . Look at the black race . Alot of them sit on their lazy butts and live off the system as well . Thats why I cant say anything bad about mexicans , because everyone does it . The only difference is , they are here illegally . I do think they should have faced felonies though for stealing the guys identity . But hey , Im not a judge so what does it matter what I think .
So after reading most of the comments on this article I just had to finally give up reading them.. It really upsets me what some people can say about others. I am a white college student who has friends in very many different race categories. And it disgusts me to hear people talk about how bad mexicans are. I'm sorry but every mexican that i have met (and i have met ALOT) are hard working and some of the nicest people you could ever met. Mexicans do some of the work that most americans you cant pay enough to get out there and do that work. Yes they may be here illegaly but I don't see many Americans out on the side of the road building a bridge in 100 degree weather. And I have never met a Mexican who didn't keep their house extremely clean. FOr the comment about how mexicans lie, cheat, steal, and kill for what they want is a lie.. you really need to look around.. there are some people in every race who cheat, lie, steal and kill.. check some recent articles!!!
well like i said , i dont hate just mexicans , i hate everyone equally , so im not racist . ive never said that all are the same , i said most . the ones that are here illegally should not be here , i dont care what kind of work they do . there are people out there trying to get a good construction job , and their app gets thrown out because a mexican will do it cheaper . its bs .. but like i said , not all are the same , i just dont like the fact that they are here illegally , dont pay taxes ! i pay for their food and house because they are on welfare or food stamps .. again , i said not all are the same , most are . so dont jump my case , at least im someone on their side when it comes to them working . i also think that the employers who hire them should be penalized as well .

No they arent giving us blankets with small pox , but why exactly do we have to pay taxes for them ? Why cant they just come here the right way , as my ancestors did ?
