Beatrice Anderson, 94, of Frankfort, Ky., formerly of Friendship, died Monday, June 23, 2008.
She was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church, former member of Crockett County Senior Citizens, Crockett County Volunteer of the Year and a member of Franklin County Senior Citizens.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today at Friendship Funeral Home with the Rev. John Kilzer officiating. Burial will be in Bellevernon Cemetery.
Survivors include a daughter, Martha Gregory and husband, South, of Frankfort, Ky.; two grandchildren, Christopher South Anderson Gregory and wife, Jenny, and Lauren Elizabeth Cottingham and husband, Scot; two great-granddaughters, Caitlin Nicole Cottingham and Emery Elizabeth Cottingham; a niece, Ida Miller; and a nephew, Tom Sanders.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Dr. Murray Oliver Anderson; her parents, Richard Moses and Emma Bibb Owen; a sister, Estelle Sanders; a brother, Edwin Owen; and a special friend, Victor Hawkins.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Anderson Gregory, Percy Thompson, Richard Thompson, Paul Thompson, Kenny Webster and Freddie Bivens. Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Sanders and Walter M. Thompson.
Coy Pearl Luckett, 71, of Aurora, Colo., formerly of Dyersburg, died Sunday, June 22, 2008 at Aurora Care Center.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Oudie Roberts officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg.
The family will receive visitors at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Gerald Franklin Luckett; a daughter, Darlene O'Connell; a son, Gerald Franklin Luckett Jr.; a sister, Olzie Yeager; three brothers, Hurlis Roberts, Oudie Roberts and Lee Roberts; seven grandchildren, Lacey, Scooter, Cassie, Steven, Cody, Taylor and Rachel; and two great-grandchildren, Jordeen and Kennedy.
Jason L. Rhein, 30, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Jonesboro, Ark., died Thursday, June 19, 2008.
He was an employee of GFS Chemicals, a 1996 graduate of Valley View High School in Jonesboro and a U.S. Navy veteran serving on the USS Enterprise during Operation Enduring Freedom.
Survivors include his father, Jerry Rhein of Suttgart, Ark.; a sister, Jeri Seabaugh and husband, Matthew, of Columbus, Ohio; his stepfather, David Kriner of Jonesboro, Ark.; his grandmother, Elizabeth Rhein of Stuttgart, Ark.; a niece Annelise Seabaugh of Columbus, Ohio; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Sue Kriner.
A memorial service will be held at Valley View High School, 2118-B Valley View Drive in Jonesboro, Ark. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home in Worthington, Ohio.
