Jeanette Boatright, 86, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, June 29, 2008 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church for 86 years.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg with Dr. Larry Blakeburn officiating.
The family will receive visitors at 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. today at Curry Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, T.E. "Pete" Boatright; a daughter, Laura Maroney and husband, Sid, of Sequim, Wash.; three sons, Michael Boatright and wife, Patricia, of Jackson, Randy Boatright and wife, Becky, and Tommy Boatright and wife, Gina, all of Dyersburg; a brother, Roland Green of Dyersburg; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death her parents, William Chester and Allene Pewett Green.
Pallbearers will be Mike Boatright, Tommy Boatright, Laura Boatright Maroney and Randy Boatright.
The family requests that any memorials be directed to Cumberland Presbyterian Church Benevolence Fund, the Dyersburg-Dyer County Union Mission or to the charity of the donor's choice.
Mattie Lue Leggett, 91, of Dyersburg, died Monday, June 30, 2008 at Dyersburg Manor.
She was a retired cafeteria worker for the Lake County School System and a member of Calvary Hill Baptist Church.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Leggett officiating. Burial will be in Tiptonville City Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include two sons, the Rev. Jerry Leggett and wife, Brenda, of Union City, and Bro. Danny Leggett and wife, Eva, of Dyersburg; three grandchildren, Tracy Leggett and wife, Melissa, of Union City, Tommy Leggett and wife, Cathy, and Melonie Williams and husband, Randy, all of Memphis; and four great-grandchildren, Shelby Williams, Hannah Williams, Bayle Leggett and Alex Leggett.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Leggett; a son, Jackie Joe Leggett; her parents, Dennis and Addie Williams Warren; two sisters, Julie Staggs and Mary Sue Cooper; four brothers, Willie D. Warren, Don Warren, Riley Warren and Marcus Warren; and a great-grandchild, Nickolas Leggett.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Leggett, Tracy Leggett, Randy Williams, Don Westfall, Randy Council and Jason Wilson.
Margrette Miller, 76, of Dyersburg, formerly of Clarksville, died Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a Catholic.
Services were held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home with Father Michael Baltrus officiating. Burial was in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include two daughters, Tara Dakin of Dyersburg and Selena McKinney of Clarksville; two sons, Jamie Miller of Aubrey, Texas, and Gary Miller of Clarksville; two brothers, Virgil Allen and Jim Allen, both of Dodge City, Kan.; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Wilson Miller; and her parents Sam Allen and Goldie Obee Allen.
