Dyer County Sheriff's Department investigators are looking for the perpetrators who have stolen several trailers and other items in recent days from rural county residences.
RoEllen area resident John Duraso reported on Tuesday, July 15 that a 16-foot car trailer had been stolen from his residence on Parker Road.
Farmer Tom Yarbo reported on July 10 the theft of several steel I-beams from his Bunge Road property. A witness reported seeing two men cutting the I-beams up with a cutting torch about 5 p.m. on July 7. The men are described as white males, each driving a long-wheelbase GMC or Chevrolet pickup truck, one red and one white. The vehicles were noted to be early 1980s-model trucks.

get a group of freinds together and start a watch group and get the deer rifles out and fire a round or two in the air occasionally and ride the neighorhood you can stop this type of thing if you will band together we allow this to happen because we reley on authority to handle these problems and they laugh all the way home.
