ABOVE: On Tuesday, Sept. 23, state and local officials were at the Dyersburg I-155 Welcome Center to kick off the National Child Passenger Safety Week with Ollie Otter. A permanent Ollie Otter measuring board was put in place to be used by the public. The measuring board will communicate Tennessee's state law requiring the use of a booster seat until a child is 4 feet, 9 inches tall or 9 years old.
