Obituaries for Oct. 20, 2008

Doris Page, 87, of Mason Hall, died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2008.

She was retired from Trimble Manufacturing, a homemaker, a member of New Salem Baptist Church and WMU, and a member of Mason Hall Women's Club.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at New Salem Baptist Church in Mason Hall with Bro. Danny Kluttz officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Karnes & Son Funeral Home in Kenton is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include a daughter, Judy Abernathy of Newbern; four grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A. Page, and a son, Robert Allen Page.
