Members of the cabinet include Board President Katie Winchester; Dyer County Chair Dr. Karen Bowyer; Vice Chair Andrew Harrington; Community Investment Chair Mike Kroeger; Major Firms - Jeff Agee, Larry White, David Taylor and Tom Sheedy; Medium Firms - Don Crews, Whitney Allmon, Danny Watson, Joe Emery, Matthew Gant and Kevin Cook; Public Service - Dyersburg Mayor John Holden and Dyer County Mayor Richard Hill; Retail - Michelle Brewer and Cathy Strawbridge; Professional - Medical, Jim Horner and Judy Boehmler; Professional - Attorneys, Molly Williams; Professional - Accountants, Joe Enoch; Education, Lloyd Ramer; Special Gifts, David Hayes; Finance Chair Ralph Henson; Publicity, Brooke Emery; Members-At-Large John Lannom, Eugene Smith, Jimmy Williamson and G. Wendell West; and Agency Representative Lynn Fritchey.
The goal for this year's campaign is $474,000. To date, the organization has over $40,000 dollars officially submitted and reports of an additional $20,000.
Campaign Chair Dr. Karen Bowyer is optimistic about the preliminary reports.
"All of our companies that conduct an employee payroll-deduction campaign have either completed or have scheduled their campaigns," said Bowyer. "In addition, individual letters that were sent to our professionals are also getting excellent results."

I thought when United Way was presented to Dyersburg that this was to stop everyone else from asking for donations? I haven't seen a slow down at all???
