Gladys E. Flowers, 86, of Springville, died Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Henry County Medical Center in Paris.
She was a homemaker.
Services will be at 1 p.m. today in the chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny Klutts officiating. Burial will be in Elbridge Cemetery.
Survivors include two daughters, Ruby N. Mullins of Gleason and Patricia Anne Toombs of Springville; four sons, Billy Ray Flowers, Bobby Dean Flowers, both of Dyersburg, Charles Dewayne Flowers of Gleason and Jerry Dean Flowers of Newbern; two brothers, Dot Turner of Benton, Ky. and Jim Turner of Hornbeak; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Flowers; her parents, Obdsair and Nora Eugene Odom Turner; a sister, Ethel May Green; and two brothers, William Turner and Boots Turner.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Joe Flowers, Michael Dewayne Flowers, Mike Warden, Kenneth Williams and Carl Mitchell.
