Maybe the police need to tighten patrols in the get-away fast zones. Some main streets need to be patrolled more often. I know that this is add on for police but it is a neccessity.
COULD BE TRANSFORMER DECEPTICONS FOR THE PROMOTION OF THEIR NEW MOVIE!
What's the point in looking for the scum? If the police caught them, the judge would give them suspended sentences. They would be right back on the street doing crime, not in jail doing time. Think about the problem from a cost perspective: The dirt-bags maybe got away with some small change. Is it worth it to taxpayers to pay court and legal costs, room and board, medical expenses, and god knows what other costs to punish human trash like these people? Just remove the vending machines. People can bring their own snacks to work cheaper anyway.
