What has happened to our justice system? Why all the probation? You cannot rehabilitate anyone with probation. Probably, no one will check on them and they will be free to do as they please. And, I am sure they will have time to do the same thing again.
OK, I have a question? How can you receive FOUR suspended sentences, and serve them all concurrently. ALL fines were suspended? Geez, why would somebody not want to be a drug dealer around here. There are good odds to make fast, easy money and the consequences are minute. Good grief. I am not condoning this behavior. Just simply wondering why anyone can question why Dyersburgs crime rate is growing so quickly. Scare the bejeezus out of them, and they might stop.
With the economy the way it is, no jobs, no help, be ready for more of the same. I also have to tell you. I can hardly blame them for it. When people get hungry they will steal, lie, con, what ever they can do to get a few dollars for something to eat. God Bless America. We need him more than ever.
Jail time doesn't rehabilitate offenders, just make them a more skilled criminal.
