DIS to host Book Fair

Dyersburg Intermediate School will host its annual Scholastic Book Fair in the school media center Nov. 2 through 6.

From 3 p.m. until 5 p.m., on Monday, Nov. 2, the book fair will open for adults in the community or for students accompanied by an adult.

The book fair will reopen during school hours Tuesday, Nov. 3 through Friday, Nov. 6. Shoppers are invited each day after 10:30 a.m.

The event promotes reading for all ages, offering a variety of books, posters, video games and novelty school items. All proceeds will be used to purchase materials for the Dyersburg Intermediate School Media Center.
