"There is going to be a lot of pedestrian traffic on the street and we are urging all motorists to observe extreme caution and slow down," said Dyersburg Police Department Capt. Steve Isbell. "We are bringing in additional officers and their time will be dedicated to traffic enforcement."
Isbell said there would be a zero-tolerance policy for all violations.
