Stephen Fincher is a farmer from Frog Jump, Tenn. and a husband and father of three. He said Washington was lacking the qualities which he possesses. 'What we need in Washington is more integrity and more common sense, and I have both,' said Fincher. 'When you spend more money than you make, you'll go bankrupt. You ensure peace through strength. You cannot fix a school system until you fix the family. A traditional marriage is a man and a woman, that's what we have to believe in, folks.'
