Charleen Glidewell, 85, of Yorkville, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 at Dyer Nursing Home in Dyer.
She was a homemaker, a former employee of Sylvania and HECO Manufacturing, and a member of Rutherford Assembly of God Church.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Clyde Rose, the Rev. Jerry Truett and the Rev. Jerry Crouse officiating. Burial will be in Yorkville Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include a daughter, Diana Riffey-Cleveland of Bartlett; three sons, David Glidewell, Kenneth Glidewell and Roger Glidewell, all of Yorkville; seven grandchildren, Sherry Hoard and Monica Kirkpatrick, both of Bartlett, Daniel Riffey of Collierville, Holly White of Humboldt, Heather Wilson and David Earl Glidewell, both of Yorkville, and Stacy Yochum of Newbern; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Earl Glidewell; her parents, David Monroe and Lena Bell Thurman Jones; four sisters and two brothers.
Pallbearers will be David Earl Glidewell, Brian Hoard, Randy Hoard, Daniel Riffey, Tyler Smith and Ethan Yochum.

N.L. Pollock, 84, of Obion, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009 at his residence.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Zion Cemetery in Obion with the Rev. George Hutchison and the Rev. B.J. Cohn officiating.
The family will receive visitors at 5-8 p.m. today at Cryer Funeral Home in Obion.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Lucille Davis Pollock of Obion; two daughters, Barbara Pollock Berry and Louise Pollock Lynch, both of Obion; five sons, John L. Pollock of Union City, Sidney Pollock, Jerry Pollock and Robert Pollock, all of Obion and Joe Pollock of Rutherford; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sidney Pollock and Amanda Peevyhouse Pollock.
