* James "Splat" Barr, 54, of Dyersburg, pleaded guilty to selling more than half a gram of cocaine. He was sentenced to six months in the county jail followed by seven and a half years in a community corrections program. He also was fined $2,000.
* Jonathan Brasfield, 21, 508 Brown St., pleaded guilty to selling more than half an ounce of marijuana. He was sentenced to two years in prison. The sentence will be served concurrently with two other sentences and consecutively with three more. He also was fined $2,000.
* Carl David Carroll, address unavailable, was not prosecuted on one count of statutory rape and two counts of casual exchange of marijuana to a minor.
* Michael Shane McCullough, 20, 54 Pin Oak Drive, pleaded guilty to attempting to introduce contraband into a penal institution. He reportedly obtained marijuana while working as a trusty at the Dixie Youth Ball Park on April 27 and intended to take it into the jail. He was sentenced to two years in prison and must serve that time consecutively to the sentences he was already serving.
* Emily Suzanne Montgomery, also known as Emily Kilzer, 27, 5621 Tatumville Road in Newbern, pleaded guilty to two counts of promoting methamphetamine manufacture. She was given consecutive three-year sentences.
* Stevie Lee Roby, 39, 1040 Hwy 51 Bypass, pleaded guilty to violating the Motor Vehicle Habitual Offender Act. He was sentenced to a year and a half in the county jail.
* Cory J. Walker, 29, address unavailable, pleaded guilty to forgery. He was sentenced to three years in prison. He was ordered to pay restitution of $47.19 to Dollar General, $4.01 to Lake Road Food Mart, $45 to Short Stop, $320 to JR Mart, $200 to Corner Market and $71.59 to TG's.
Walker also pleaded guilty to felony failure to appear. He was sentenced to two years in prison and will serve that time consecutively to the first sentence.
