* A minor subdivision plat on Richwoods Road. Ann Smith wants to divide the 1.77-acre lot into two parcels: one being 1.02 acres and the other being 0.75 acres. The land is zoned FAR, or forestry, agricultural and residential.
* A discussion of potential billboard locations. The commission has been trying to find a way to expand options for advertising signs in FAR zones. However, the Tennessee Department of Transportation must issue a permit for each new billboard and it requires all billboards to be in commercial or industrial zones.
