John "Jack" Howard Brown, 60, of Dyersburg, died Monday, June 7, 2010 at his residence.
He was a mechanic and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Johnson-Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include two daughters, Margaret Melissa Brown of Lexington, Ky. and Jacqueline Brown Chappell of Montgomery, Ala.; a sister, Judy Brown Johnstone of Gastonia, NC; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Nellie Margaret Tickle Brown and Howard Aubrey Brown.

Anita Lacey Talley, 85, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, June 10, 2010 at Dyersburg Manor.
She was a member of Dyersburg First United Methodist Church and member of the Sellers Sunday School Class where she served as the pianist. Mrs. Talley also served as the substitute pianist for the worship service for many years for the Dyersburg First United Methodist Church. She was a member of the United Methodist Women, member of the Summerhill Garden Club, and member and former state president of The Alliance to the Tennessee Dental Association. Mrs. Talley was a founding member of the Dyersburg-Dyer County Community Concert Association serving in various capacities for over 45 years.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Dyersburg First United Methodist Church with Dr. Phillip Cook and the Rev. Robert Craig officiating. Burial will be in Halls Cemetery in Halls, Tenn. Johnson-Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive visitors at 1 p.m. today at the church.
Survivors include her husband, Dr. John W. Talley of Dyersburg; two daughters, Laura Talley Desaulniers and husband, Gene, of Fairfax, Va., and Lynn Talley Young and husband, Stan, of Dyersburg; five grandchildren, Jacob Desaulniers of Orlando, Fla., Jason Desaulniers of Centreville, Va., John Young, David Young and Will Young, all of Dyersburg; and a nephew, Roger Lee McFadden of Springfield, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude H. Lacey and Laura Doss Lacey Bell; two sisters, Edna Lacey Meacham and Rachel Lacey Johnson; a brother, James W. Lacey; and a grandson, Matthew Desaulniers.
Pallbearers will be Jacob Desaulniers, Jason Desaulniers, John Young, David Young, Gene Desaulniers and Roger Lee McFadden. Honorary pallbearers will be Will Young, Stan Young and members of the Sellers Sunday School Class of Dyersburg First United Methodist Church.
