Juanita Howell Hendrix, 73, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a retired Nurse's Aide and a member of Independent Free Holiness Church.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Independent Free Holiness Church with the Rev. Calvin Smith officiating. Burial will be in Archer's Chapel Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Thursday at Dyersburg Funeral Home and from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday at the church.
Survivors include her daughter, Susan Fuller of Newbern; a brother, James Howell of Kenton; and a grandson, William Joseph Fuller of Newbern.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Hendrix; her parents, William and Ludie Overton Howell; a sister, Shirley Jean Howell; two brothers, Donald Howell and William Howell, Jr.; and a granddaughter, Crystal Lynn Thompson.
Pallbearers will be Larry Bizzle, Royce McGuire, Joe Meadows, Tommy Roper, Zack Roper and Dakota Owsley.
