Mrs. Mary Edna Holmes Callahan, 83, of Jackson, TN formerly of Dyersburg, TN died Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Maplewood Heath Care Center in Jackson. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Dyersburg, TN, an independent grocer and an assistant in the Dyer County School System for 25 years.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 pm Sunday, September 19, 2010 at Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg officiated by Reverend Mike Hickman. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include a daughter, Beth Callahan Marbury and husband Tom of Jackson, TN, two sons, Dr. Joseph Anthony Callahan II and wife Suzanne of Palo Alto, CA and Thomas David Callahan of Jackson, TN, a sister, Maurine Holmes McKibben of Boulder, CO, two brothers Dr. David Holmes of Jackson, MS and Dan Holmes of Mesquite, NV and 6 grandchildren, Natalie Marbury of Nashville, TN, Amy Marbury of Asheville, NC, Alex Marbury of Murfreesboro, TN, Stephanie Callahan of San Francisco, CA, and Johnathan and Chase Callahan of Palo Alto, CA.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Joe Callahan, 1 brother Jason Hunter Holmes, 1 sister, Dorothy Holmes Boyles and her parents Jason Hunter and Myrtle Booker Holmes of the Oakfield community.

James Louis Hutcherson, 80, of Halls died Friday, September 3, 2010 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at Garner Funeral Home in Ripley. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Grace Baptist Church, where he was a member, with burial to follow in Grace Cemetery. Garner Funeral Home in Ripley has charge of the services.
Mr. Hutcherson, the widow of Katie Louise Hutcherson, leaves four sons Jimmy Hutcherson of Ripley, Danny Hutcherson of Dyersburg, and Steve Hutcherson and Jerry Hutcherson of Halls; two sisters Pansy Wilson of Panama City Beach Fla. and Georgia Campbell of Ripley; a brother Ed Hutcherson of Ripley; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Nicole Rae Incrocci, 15, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a Sophomore at Dyer County High School, where she was a Manager for the DCHS Football Team, a DCHS Basketball Cheerleader, a member of the DCHS Yearbook Staff and a member of the Leadership Club. She was an All American Scholar, a Gymnast at Rainbow Gymnastics, a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church and attended the Shaare Emeth Temple in St. Louis, MO.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Dyer County High School with Rabbi Rami Shapiro and Lawrence Gibbons officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from noon-2 p.m. Saturday at the school.
Survivors include her parents, Louis and Dana Incrocci of Dyersburg; a brother, Ryan Incrocci of Dyersburg; and her grandparents, Ralph and Georgianne Incrocci of Pittsburg, PA. and John and Roslyn Meyer of St. Louis, MO.
Pallbearers will be T.J. Daniels, Matt Pierce, Brian Woodward, Jordan Holloman, Rob Burg and Harrison Butler.
The family requests that memorials may be directed to Dyersburg/Dyer County Humane Society.
John Ward, 58, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2010.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Dyersburg Christian Center with Bishop Wesley J. Areji officiating. H.H. Hudson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive visitors at 9 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Survivors include his wife, Vivian Ward; two daughters, Tracy Mitchell and Amanda Moore; two sisters, Irene Ward and Frances Jacobs; and a brother, Dave Ward Jr.
