Janice Boswell Garner, 72, of Bogota, died Monday, November 22, 2010 at her residence.
She was a homemaker and a member of Bogota Baptist Church.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. John W. Fowler officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Lloyd "Nub" Garner of Bogota; a daughter, Sheila Nightwine and husband, Terry, of Rossville; two sisters, Mary Ruth Johnson of Troy and Brenda Herr of Obion; two brothers, Bobby Boswell of Drummonds and Wayne Boswell of Dyersburg; two grandchildren, Trish Jones of Atoka and Heather Allen of Rossville; and two great-grandchildren, Kaylee Allen and Tristan Jones.
She was preceded in death by her parents, E.D. and Rena Sikes Boswell; three sisters, Louise Foster, Lois Lay and Laverne Robbins; and two brothers, Glenn Boswell and Delbert Boswell.
Pallbearers will be Mark Boswell, Scott Hughes, Steve Hughes, Jason Boswell, Mike Boswell and Lannie Long. Honorary pallbearers will be Roger Long, Steve Brown, Wally Childress and Doug Singleteary.
Sandra Dee Goff, 42, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, November 20, 2010 at her brother's residence in Newbern.
She was a homemaker and a member of City Gate Church of Dyersburg.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at City Gate Church with Pastor Michael Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Monday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include a son, Aden Goff of Newbern; two sisters, Terry Aqqad of Tampa, FL and Kathy Goff of Rogers, AR; and two brothers, Mike Goff of Newbern and Tony Goff of Dyersburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Shirley Paregin Goff.
Pallbearers will be Mike Goff, Tony Goff, Mohamed Aqqad, Todd Siber, Johnny Wilson and Wade Rogers.
Vernon "Coop" Hester, 87, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, November 21, 2010 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
He was a retired farmer and attended Cornerstone Church of God.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Shannon Seliba and Rev. Lynn Drumwright officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Riggins Hester of Dyersburg; a son, Jimmy Hester and wife, Amy, of Dyersburg; a sister, Sheila Ratliff and husband, Kenneth, of Dyersburg; a step-sister, Jean Cutcher and husband, Ray, of Dyersburg; a step-brother, Clyde Farley of Finley; three grandchildren, Reed Hester, Connor Hester and Anna Glynn Hester; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Lynn Hester; his parents, Buck and Birdie Greer Hester; a brother, Virgil DeMoss Hester; and four sisters, Nola Leonard, Doris Hester, Myrtle Paschall and Anna Laura Wallace.
Pallbearers will be Neal Lewis, Mike White, Don Smith, Tim Vestal, Royce McGuire and Jason Reed. Honorary pallbearers will be Milton Magee, Bill Cloar, Hoss Davidson, Robert Willard, Robert Epperson, Bo Goad, Bobby Williams, Herman Reed and Sammy Bradshaw, Jr.

Betty Jean Tharp, 82, of Tiptonville, died Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010 at The Bridge at Ridgely.
She was retired as owner of the Tiptonville Dairy Queen, a retired employee and fundraiser for the Tiptonville Easter Seals office, member of The Eastern Star and avid supporter of Easter Seals.
Services were Monday at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with Bro. Don Reel officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Newbern.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Raymond Tharp of Tiptonville; two daughters, JoHanna Simmons and husband, Jimmy, and Phyllis Roark and husband, Tom, all of Tiptonville; a grandson, Jason Thomas and wife, Laura, of Tiptonville; and two great-grandsons, Hunter Thomas and Taylor Thomas, both of Tiptonville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Dorothy Ferguson Wiles.
Pallbearers were Josh Abbott, Jeremy Hedgepath, Johnny Dean, Jerry Simmons, Warren Douglas and Tony Parker. Honorary pallbearer was Paul Bond.

Randy Lee Sr. died Monday, Nov. 22, 2010 at his residence.
