Ruth Frances Dickey Hanley, 90, of Newbern, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

She was a retired office employee and professional sitter, member of Newbern Cumberland Presbyterian Church, former member of Newbern Women's Club and former member of Women of the Moose.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 12 at Yorkville Cemetery with the Rev. George Butler officiating. Johnson-Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include a son, Robert Lawrence Hanley Sr. of Fulton, Ky.; five grandchildren Lee Hanley Jr., Lisa Doop, Robert Lawrence Hanley Jr., Miranda Hanley and Darcy Hanley; and nine great-grandchildren, Amber Hanley, Larry Lee Hanley, Nathan Hanley, Lexie Hanley, Gabby Hanley, Tony Hanley, Gabriel Doop, Ocean Hanley and Shiloh Doop.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Hanley; a son, Donald Lee Hanley Sr.; and her parents, R. J. Dickey and Myrtle Blanche Shaw McAndrews.

Jack Floyd Haynes Sr., 95, of Tiptonville, died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
