Mary E. Hanley, 68, of Newbern, died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a homemaker and former employee of the Newbern Library, a member of Newbern Cumberland Presbyterian Church, member of the Newbern Women's Club, member of the Dyersburg Women's Club and member of the Women of the Moose where she served as an officer on the state and local levels, one of which was Past Deputy Grand Region of Tennessee.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Newbern Cumberland Presbyterian Church with the Rev. George Butler officiating. Burial will be in Yorkville Cemetery. Johnson-Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive visitors Friday from noon-1 p.m. at the church.
Survivors include a stepdaughter, Lisa Doop of Newbern; a stepson, Lee Hanley Jr. of Newbern; a sister, Ruth Melson and husband, Lance, of Tuscon, Ariz.; a brother, Charles Farley and wife, Ann, of Des Moines, Iowa; and four step-grandchildren, Nathan Hanley, Lexie Hanley, Gabriel Doop and Shiloh Doop.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Hanley Sr.; and her parents, Walter and Mildred Deal Farley.
Honorary pallbearers will be Women of the Moose.

Joyce Ann Bolden Warren, 62 of Tiptonville, died Feb. 9, 2011 at her residence.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John No.2 Baptist Church in Tiptonville, where she was a member. Officiating will be Pastor Rev. Perry Woods. Burial will be held in Citizens Cemetery in Tiptonville. Cosmopolitan Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.
Visitations will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Survivors include a son, Michael Edward Bolden, Tiptonville; five sisters; Carolyn Elam, Althea Swift, Samella Robinson, Lille Bolden and Sheila Grayson, all of Tiptonville; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Grandville Elam, Robert Pierce, Michael Robinson, Jeremy Mosley, Jerome Warren and Travis Bolden.

Pat McKee Alexander, 52, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011 at her residence.
