Patricia McKee Alexander, 52, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at her residence.

She was a veterinarian assistant for Lawrence Animal Clinic.

Graveside services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Neelys Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Charlie Halliburton officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Friday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Jeff Alexander of Dyersburg; a son, Joshua Reaves of Dyersburg; her parents, Al and Fay McKee of Dyersburg; a sister, LaDonna Griffin and husband, Robert, of Dyersburg; her mother-in-law, Jackie Alexander of Finley; two sisters-in-law, Lisa Wilson of Dyersburg and Terri Davis of Nashville; two brothers-in-law, Tim Alexander of Mobile, AL and Richard Alexander of Phoenix, AZ; and two grandchildren, Clayton Reaves and Madelyn Reaves.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael McKee.

Pallbearers will be Elmer Green, James "Dooner" Wilson, Thomas Warren, Cristin Warren, Larry Hulsey, and Donnie Beasley.

Bradley Dawayne Hendrix, 22, of Bolivar, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2011.

A native of Dyer County, he was born August 27, 1988 to Jerry Hendrix of Dyersburg and Cynthia Hendrix of Bolivar and lived in Hardeman County since 1994. He worked at Hyman's Tire in Bolivar for 4 years and attended Porter's Creek Baptist Church.

Services are 10:00 am Monday, February 21, 2011 at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Middleton with Jason Reynolds officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, February 20, 2011 from 11:00 am until 9:00 pm and Monday, February 21, 2011 from 9:00 am until 10:00 am at the funeral home.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Nicholas Dawayne Hendrix of Bolivar; a brother, Jason Wayne Hendrix of Henning; two sisters, Tina Hendrix Welch of Dyersburg and Nancy Hendrix of Nashville; maternal grandparents, Liz and Joe Henson of Dyersburg and Susan Follis of Byhalia, MS; and a stepfather, Terry Russell of Middleton. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Wayne Follis, Sr.; and paternal grandparents, N.C. Hendrix and Monnell Hendrix.

Gary Thomas Spence, age 63 of Crockett Mills, TN lovingly known as "Pap"' died Wednesday, February 16, 2011, at Regional Hospital in Jackson.

He was retired from the Nike Corporation in Memphis, Tennessee.

Gary was preceded in death by his mother, Trucilla M. Spence. He is survived by his father, Jamye L. Spence of Crockett Mills, TN; two brothers, Chris Spence (Linda) of Crockett Mills, TN and Eddie Spence (Karol) of Tyler, Texas; four sisters, Sherry Fewell and Ann Freeman (Edwin) of Friendship, TN, Edna Ray (Leland) of Walnut, Mississippi, and Barbara Rosier (Terry) of Humboldt, TN.

Visitation will be Friday, February 18, from 5-8 P. M. at Friendship Funeral Home in Friendship, TN. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 19th at 2:00 P. M. in the chapel of Friendship Funeral Home, with Brother Travis Smith and Brother Tom Stolarick officiating. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery near Halls, Pallbearers will be nephews and great nephews: Kenneth Fewell, Linnie Parker, Chad Spence, Brett Spence, Jamye Spence Freeman, Layton Spence, Jayme Robinson, and Austin Robinson.


David Charles Robert Butler, infant son of Jessica Sisk and Josh Butler died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. today in Church Grove Cemetery in Newbern with Rev. Ronnie Turner officiating.


Cory Anthony Jones, 21, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, Feb. 17, 2011 at his residence.
