Peggy Ann Clark, 78, of Newbern, formerly of Sterling Heights, Mich., died Thursday, May 7, 2011 at Trenton Health & Rehabilitation Center in Trenton, Tenn.
She was a retired sales clerk for Dillard's.
Memorial services will be Saturday, May 14 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Port Huron, Mich. with Pastor John S. Carrier officiating. Johnson-Williams Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include two daughters, Janet Moore of Houston, Texas, and Mary Clark of Fort Gratiot, Mich.; two sons, Randy Clark of Shelby Township, Mich., and Tim Snyder of Charlotte, N.C.; a sister, Faye Leggett of Newbern; a brother, Roscoe Long of Cleveland, Tenn.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Chaney and Barbara Barham, and a brother, Kenneth Long.
The family has asked that memorials be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church in Port Huron, Mich.

Richard Dwayne Martindale, 50, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Jackson Regional Hospital.
He was a member of Calvary Hill Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. John Wayne Fowler officiating. Burial will be in Sorrells Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Imogene and William Wright of Dyersburg; a brother, Jimmy L. Martindale of Dyersburg; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard L. Martindale; and his grandparents, Felix and Mary Chilcutt and Farley and Blanche Martindale.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Childress, Mike Boswell, Colton Presler, Doug Presler, Jamie Chilcutt, Larry Chilcutt, Jr. and Jarod Simpson. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeffrey Lynn Turnbow, William Turnbow, Jr. and Mike Chilcutt.
Kate Louise May White, 93, of Dyersburg, TN died Sunday, May 8, 2011 at her residence in Dyersburg. She was a Homemaker.
Services will be Thursday, May 12, 2011, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Curry Funeral Home with Rev. Mickey Dodd officiating. Interment will follow in Dyer County Memorial Gardens in Dyersburg. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 from 5 until 8 p.m. at Curry Funeral Home.
Survivors include two daughters, Jeanette White of Gates and Annette Thomas and husband, John of Nebo; two sons, George E. White Sr. and wife, Dorothy of Newbern and Charles Robert White of Dyersburg; seven Grandchildren, 17 Great-Grandchildren, and 23 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas M. White; her parents, Charlie and Lizzie Gaynor May; and four brothers, Jack May, Robert May, William May, and Edward May.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Stacks, Ricky Rose, Brian Robertson, Eddie Welch, Kevin White, and Chris White.
