Lisa Knox "Groucho" Bevis, 50, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at Regional Hospital of Jackson.

She was a homemaker, a former employee of Great River Road Raceway and a member of First Christian Church in Halls.

Services will be at 10: 30 a.m. Friday at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Randy Jetton officiating. Burial will be in Yorkville Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Survivors include her husband, Harry Bevis of Dyersburg; a son, Wesley Brasfield of Newbern; three sisters, Theresa Bevis of Dyersburg, Jane Brown and Patsy Dunn, both of Olive Branch, Miss.; two brothers, Larry Knox and William Knox, both of Olive Branch, Miss.; a nephew, Matthew Dunn of Olive Branch; and four grandchildren, Desaray Brasfield of Halls, and Justin Brasfield, LeeLee Brasfield and Junior Brasfield, all of Newbern.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vie Herbert and Jewel Jones Knox.

Pallbearers will be Wesley Brasfield, Wesley Bounds, Biscuit Bevis, Charlie Bounds, Michael Courtney and John Singleton. Honorary pallbearers will be David Gammons and Bob Brown.

Gabriel Rian Darby, infant son of Lacey Wade, died Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny Klutts officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery in Friendship.

In addition to his mother, survivors include a sister, Skylar Wade of Newbern; grandparents Don and Trish Adkins of Newbern; great-grandmother Betty Chilcutt of Dyersburg; an uncle, Bret Darby and wife, Sabrina, of Montgomery, Ala.; two aunts, Lisa Murray and husband, Chad, of Newbern, and Sandy Tarkington and husband, Robert, of Dyersburg; and seven cousins, Anna Tarkington, Becca Tarkington and Trey Tarkington, all of Dyersburg, Hailey Murray, Taylor Murray and Tyler Murray, all of Newbern, and Troy Darby of Montgomery, Ala.

He was preceded in death by great-grandfather Jimmy "Sonny" Chilcutt, and great-grandparents Otto and Velma Adkins.

Pallbearers will be Chad Murray and Robert Tarkington.

Clinda Regina Frye, 47, of Newbern, died Tuesday at Gibson County General Hospital in Trenton.
