Cecila Weakley Hudson, 91, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, Oct. 27, 2011 at her residence.
She was a homemaker, the oldest member of Dyersburg First United Methodist Church, an avid Book Club member and a lifelong reader.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of First United Methodist Church with Patty Lou Parker and Dr. David Russell officiating. Burial will be in Palestine Cemetery in Dyersburg. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive visitors at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Survivors include three sons, Murray F. Hudson of Dyersburg, Jack S. Hudson Jr. of Dallas, Texas and Russell A. Hudson of Tucson, Ariz.; three grandchildren Murray "Mac" Hudson (Amy Schwimm), Duncan M. Hudson (Ute Gascho) and Celia Hudson Blackwood (James); five great-grandchildren, Sophia Phelan Hudson, Ava Grace Hudson, James McGuinn Blackwood, Cairon McGuinn Blackwood and Callie Anne Blackwood.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack S. Hudson; her parents, Murray K. and Callie Davis Weakley; and a sister, Jane Weakley Finley.
The family request that any memorials be directed to McIver's Grant Library Building Fund.
Linda Delois Lemons, 68, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011 at her residence.
She was a retired registered nurse and paramedic for Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011 between the hours of 12 Noon and 2 p.m. at Rehoboth United Methodist Church located at 225 Rehoboth Church Road, Newbern.
Survivors include her husband, Henry Wayne Lemons of Dyersburg; a daughter, Daffney Lemons Scherer of Bartlett; a son, Steven Wayne Lemons of Ann Arbor, Mich.; two sisters, Sandra Kay Gregson and Alice Ann Seaton, both of Dyersburg; a brother, William D. Grimes, III of Dyersburg; six grandchildren, Jeremy Scherer, Paul Scherer, Susan Scherer and Wyatt Scherer, all of Bartlett, Patrick Lemons and Kailey Lemons, both of Ann Arbor, Mich.
She was preceded in death by her parents William D. Grimes and Katie Siler Gregson.

Larry J. Thedford, 60, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2011 at his residence. He was an electrician and a Marine veteran.
Funeral services for will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Brother Mac Daniels.
