Mr. Holland Moore, 84, died Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Mr. Moore was an avid farmer and a WWII Veteran.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2011 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Reverend Kenny Chessor. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Bill Mancell Jr., Lynn Mancell, Leon Baize, Phillip Boals, Jason Lineberry and Steve Richardson.
The Moore family will receive visitors Thursday, December 29th from 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
Survivors include 2 sons, Nathan Moore of Dyersburg and Ronald Moore and wife Esther of Finley, 1 sister, Pearl Marie Embry of Memphis, 1 brother, Holmes Franklin Moore of Finley, 3 grandchildren, Jamie Moore Bell and husband Sam, Brian Moore and wife Lindi, Justin Moore and 3 great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bell, Cody Bell and Brylan Moore.
He was preceded in death his wife of 50 years, Mary Ellen Moore and his parents Melton and Lillie Mae Brock Moore.

Mary Ann Prince, 62, of Newbern, died on Thursday, December 22, 2011, at her residence in Newbern.
She was a cashier for Wilson Mini Mart in Dyersburg.
Visitation for Mrs. Prince will be Friday, December 30, 2011 from 4:00 PM-6:30 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
Mrs. Prince is survived by one daughter, Shelby Ford of Newbern; two sons, Roy Prince of Newbern, and Brian King of Dyersburg; her mother, Ernestine Rook King of Dyersburg; one brother, Johnny King of Dyersburg; one sister, Sandra Minley of Dyersburg; and four grandchildren
She was predeceased by father Waymon Hall King and a brother, David King.
