Ed Castleman, 74, of Dyersburg, died Saturday, January 7, 2012 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was a retired auto salesman, attended Westside Baptist Church and a former salesman for Robert's Chevrolet.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Fairview Cemetery with Bro. Donnie Crone officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. The family received visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Sunday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Judy Castleman of Dyersburg; two sons, Mark Castleman and wife, Margaret, and Mitch Castleman and wife, Natalie, all of Dyersburg; a sister, Charlotte Tharpe and husband, Larry, of Finley; and a grandson, Jon Mark Castleman of Dyersburg.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Mary Jewel Taylor Castleman.
Pallbearers were Bubba Hendren, Danny Joe Pritchett, Jeff Jones, Brad Tharpe, Danny Castleman and Drew Ross.
Mr. W.T. Cutchin Jr., 93, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, January 8, 2012 at The Med in Memphis. He was Owner and President of W.T. Cutchin & Associates, a member of the First United Methodist Church, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, where he was a member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity and the University swim team. He was an Army Air Corps flight instructor during World War II. He was also a member of the West Tennessee Seniors Golf Association and an avid fisherman and loyal UT fan.
Funeral services for Mr. Cutchin will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at the First United Methodist Church with Dr. David Russell officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Dyersburg.
The Cutchin family will receive visitors Tuesday, January 10th from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

He is survived by his sister, Laura Jean Cutchin Mullen and husband Bob, of Ashland, OR, 4 grandchildren, Betsy Hoff Shelton and husband Joe, of Raleigh, NC, Thomas Morgan Cook of Memphis, Roy Cook, III of Halls, Michelle Cook of Hernando, MS and 1 great-granddaughter, Lauren Vandermolen of Raleigh, NC.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Carolyn Bond Cutchin, his daughter Betty Cutchin Cook and his sister Corinne Cutchin Stephenson.

Ruby Ferrell, 90, of Friendship died Monday, January 9, 2012 at Alamo Nursing and Rehab Center. Services will be held at Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012 at Friendship Funeral Home at 11 A.M. with Bro. Tim Clark officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Cemetery.
Mrs. Ferrell was preceded in death by her husband Mart Russell Ferrell, and one daughter, Brenda Reynolds. She was retired from Dyersburg Fabrics and was a member of the Faith Pentecostal Church in Friendship.
Ruby as she was affectionately called by her family leaves one daughter, Anita Welch, Dyersburg, six grandchildren, Rusty (Donna) Reynolds, Melissa (Michael) Holmes, Mark (Kay) Welch, Carla Welch, Mike (Dana) Welch & Denise Welch, great-grandchildren, Jeremiah (Crystal) Welch, Rachel (Garrett) Reasons, Maddie Beth & Rebecca Welch, Shelby and Shae Welch, Crystal Reynolds, Matt Reynolds, and Luke Holmes, great-great-grandson Cade Reynolds, one sister Frankie Lou Crum, Trenton, Tn., one brother Robert Young, Jackson, Tn., and son-in-law Connie Reynolds, Martin.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons and son-in-law.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday, Jan. 10 from 5 - 8 PM.
Tommy Clifton Hall, 62, of Dyersburg, died Monday, January 9, 2012 at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis.
He was a retired First Sergeant and Vietnam Veteran with the U.S. Army, where he served for 21 years and a member of Springhill Baptist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Randy Crews officiating. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery in Bowman, Georgia.
The family will receive visitors from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife, Lynn Hall of Dyersburg; three daughters, Ginger Yvonne Hadden and husband, Michael, of Alabaster, AL, J. Frances McCoy and husband, Travis, of Navarre, FL and Leah Nicole Heathman and husband, Matthew, of Travelers Rest, S.C.; two sons, William Thomas Hall and John Walter Hall, both of Dyersburg; two sisters, Nancy Fortner of Due West, S.C. and Becky Smith and husband, Mitch, of Elberton, GA; two brothers, William "Bill" Hall and wife, Judy, of Hartwell, GA and Charles Fleming of Athens; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Purcell and Adelaide Smoak Hall.

Gary Marlon Ogden, 62, of Finley, died Saturday, January 7, 2012 at his residence.
He was a self-employed heavy equipment operator.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Jeremy Ballinger officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie Ogden of Finley; a daughter, Jennie Pate Hollingsworth of Finley; two sons, Mark Ogden of Ripley and Jeremiah Hollingsworth of Finley; His mother, Lillian Ogden of Ripley; two sisters, Donna Benjamin and Tammy Mooney, both of Ripley; a brother, Jeff Ogden of Ripley; three grandchildren, John Houston Hollingsworth, Scarlett Ann Hollingsworth and Jennifer Mooney; and a great-grandchild, Cale Mooney.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Taylor Ogden.

Mary Jackson Pride, 82, of Richwoods, TN died Sunday, January 8, 2012 at Dyersburg Manor. She was a member of Evansville Baptist Church and retired from Colonial Rubber.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2012 in the Chapel of Curry Funeral Home conducted by Reverend Danny Griffin. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Priscilla Joan Wilson, age 68, of Dyersburg, TN, died Saturday, January 7, 2012, at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center in Dyersburg, TN. She attended the Porter Pentecostal Church as long as she could, she loved her church. She loved everyone and always had a smile and a wave for all that she met. She was a resident of The Highlands of Dyersburg, TN.
She was the daughter of the late Wilton Wilson and Mattie Bell Wilson.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Fairview Cemetery in Newbern, TN. Officiating this service will be Mr. William Parnell. Visitation will be Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from 9:00-9:45 a.m. at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
She is survived by a sister, Mildred Bradford of Newbern, TN.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Dorothy Lee, Jenny Wade and Wilma Dean Wilson; one brother who lived for one hour.
