Thomas Wade Canada, 34, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, January 8, 2012 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, FL.
He was a self-employed Construction Worker.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Mac Daniels officiating. Burial will be in Sorrells Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his three sons, Peyton Canada, Tyler Canada and Chrystian Canada, all of Dyersburg; his mother, Tina Canada of Dyersburg; his step-father, Clarence Hays of Dyersburg; two sisters, Nicole Key and husband, Joshua, and Kimberly Hays Campbell, all of Dyersburg; his former wife, Shelia Canada of Dyersburg; two aunts, one uncle, three nieces and one nephew.
Pallbearers will be Jared Markham, John Carroll, Christopher Hickerson, Brian Russell, Alvie Anderson and Jeremy Sykes.
Verna (Ferrell) Neeley, 90, of Union City died 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
Funeral services for Mrs. Neeley will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Second Baptist Church in Union City. Brother Jerry Leggett and Brother Eddie Mallonee will officiate. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Second Baptist Church from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of services Friday.
Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She had been employed as the bookkeeper for the former Burnett Tractor Company in Fulton, Ky. She was a member of Second Baptist Church in Union City of the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include three daughters, Carolyn (Robert) McAlister of Dyersburg, Judy (Billy) Sims of Sharon and Jean (Johnny) Reeder of Collierville; a son, Joe (Elizabeth) Neeley of Tallahassee, Fla.; her caretaker and special friend, Shayla Treadwell of Union City; nine grandchildren and their spouses, Mike McAlister and Gwyn McNeely both of Dyersburg, Doug and Kellie Sims, Stephenie and Jeff Leyhue and Scott and Lauren Sims all of Martin, Johnna and Kurt Kleymeyer of Fort Mitchell, Jeanna and Hayden Argo of Collierville and Lauren Neeley of Tallahassee, Fla.; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Finis Edward "Ed" Neeley; and her parents, Cyrus Clayton and Virginia "Virgie" (Barnett) Ferrell; a grandson, Greg McAlister; a great great-grandson, Noah Dylan McNeely; two sisters, Gladys Hassell and Eleanor Bizzell; and five brothers, Oren Ferrell, Elvin Herrell, Marshall Ferrell, Homer Ferrell and Ralph Ferrell.
The family requests memorial contributions take the form of donations to the Second Baptist Church, 831 N. Everett Blvd., Union City, Tennessee 38261.
William Armstrong, 40, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2012 at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis.

Flora Halton, 95, of Memphis, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2012 at her residence.

John Hunter, 63, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. at Salter's Chapel A.M.E. Church. Thompson's Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Clyde Ward, 63, of Farmersbranch, Texas, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 2012 at his residence.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson's Mortuary.
