Bobby Coleman, age 77 of Ridgely, TN died Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Regional Hospital of Jackson in Jackson, TN. Cosmopolitan Funeral Services is in charge. Mr. Coleman was a United States Army Veteran. Mr. Coleman was a member of Solomon Chapel Baptist Church in Wynnburg, TN were he served as a Deacon. Mary Francis Moore, 71 of Newbern, Tennessee died on Friday, March 9, 2012, at Jackson-Madison County General in Jackson, Tennessee.
Born Thursday, May 9, 1940 in Groveton, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Walter Thomas Abernathy, Sr. and the late Leola Jackson Abernathy.
She was retired from the Houston Chronicle and a member of the Junction Church of God.
Funeral services for Mrs. Moore will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 11, 2012, in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Rev. Kenny Chessor. Interment will follow in Pierce Cemetery in Trimble, Tennessee.
Mrs. Moore is survived by four sons, Carl Thomas Moore and wife Deborah of Teague, Texas, Johnny Clifford Moore of Galveston, Texas, William Allan Moore and wife Maria of Newbern, Tennessee and Tony Lee Moore and wife Tina of League City, Texas; one sister, Willie Lee "Bill" Foster of New Caney, Texas; 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Sam Clifford Moore; one brother, Walter Thomas Abernathy, Jr., three sisters, Nina Mae Hall, Juanita Daniel and Minnie Ola Kimich.
Pallbearers will be Brad Reese, Gene Williams, Jeff Moore, Chris Moore, Joey McCoy, Joshua Moore, Corban Moore and Randy Warden.

Tommy Lee Moore, Halls, TN, entered Heaven just after Midnight, March 1, 2012 after a brief illness. He was born Oct. 11, 1937 to Willie Lee Moore and Willie B. Joiner Moore. As a teenager, he accepted Jesus as his Savior and spent the remainder of his life serving God in whatever he did. He married his bride, Faye Luthy Moore, in 1960, and two children were born into this union. He was a devoted family man who worked hard to provide for those he dearly loved.
Tommy was employed by Colonial Rubber Works in Dyersburg for 28 years and retired from Ermco, also in Dyersburg, after 7 years.
He served faithfully at South Fork Baptist Church for nearly 50 years, holding many positions such as Deacon and Church Treasurer. He enjoyed getting to know his new church family at Gates Baptist Church over the last 4 years, where he also served as Deacon.
An avid lover of Southern Gospel music, Tommy and family attended many gospel "singings' across West TN.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents and son-in-law, Chester Bates.
He leaves his wife of almost 52 years, Faye Luthy Moore, a daughter, Beverly Moore Bates, both of Halls, a son, Michael Moore and daughter-in-law, Angela and three grandchildren, Kera, Aaron and Nathan of Bell Buckle, TN, a sister, Sally Moore Huff (Carl) of Crockett Co., nieces Carla Riley (Joe) of Dickson, Shannon Murphy (James) of Dyersburg, and nephew, Will Huff of Crockett Co.
A celebration of life was held on March 3, 2012 at Halls Funeral Home with special friends, Bro. Jerrell Dawson and Dr. William P. Oakley officiating, and Under Grace from Dyersburg providing the music that Tommy always loved.
Pallbearers were Danny Ray, Paul Ray, Will Huff, Joe Riley, James Murphy and Jack Boone.
Interment was at Lebanon Methodist Church in Crockett County.
Martha Nell Sutton, 96, of Longview, WA, formerly of Ridgely, died Monday, March 5, 2012 at Community Home Health and Hospice.
Services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home.
