Randall "Randy" Wyatt Kemp, 56 of Newbern, died Thursday, April 26, 2012 in Dayton, Ohio.
Blessed is the man whose strength is in you, whose heart is set on pilgrimage. Ps. 84:5
Randy was the beloved husband of Cindi and father of John, Lauren, Miranda, and Wyatt. He was a warrior in spirit and life, and his legacy is built of determination, strength, wisdom, big dreams, and above all his unswerving faith in a loving God. He counted among his most precious blessings the honor of being a husband, father, and provider, and he fulfilled those roles to the utmost of his ability. He would be moved by the outpouring of love shown to his family by his friends and community. Thank you to everyone who has surrounded and comforted us during this time. Dad, you fought the good fight. You finished the race. You kept the faith. We love you and will miss you until we meet again.
Born Monday, Aug. 22, 1955 in Gadsden, Ala., he was the son of the late Ulric Uldine Kemp and the late Laura Irene Wyatt Kemp.
