Tommy Gene Eddlemon, 75, of Tiptonville, died Friday, May 11, 2012 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.
He was a retired farmer and employee for Lake County Highway Department and a member of Tiptonville Church of Christ.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Jeff O'Dell officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his two daughters, Gaye Lynn Eddlemon Burton and Madeline Eddlemon, both of Dyersburg; two sons, William Anthony Mobbs and Bradley Gene Eddlemon, both of Tiptonville; a sister, Mildred Armstrong of Ridgely; a brother, James Boyd Eddlemon of Ridgely; and three grandchildren, Jo Lynn Eddlemon, Sunny Rushing and Lynnley Burton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Inez Flowers Eddlemon; and a sister, Ailene Baker.
Pallbearers will be Billy "Speedy" Powell, Robert "Boo" Powell, John "Lil John" Wallace, Tommy "T-Bone" Davis, Danny "Hoss" Davis and Martin Buchanan. Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Clyde "Rawhide" Thompson, Kevin "Foo" Fullerton and Chuck Manz.
Louvenia Lyte, 75, of Dyersburg, died Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center in Dyersburg. Mrs. Lyte was born Aug. 18, 1937 in Camden, Ark. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 14, 2012 at 1 p.m. at People's Chapel CME Church located at 1319 Bose St., Dyersburg. Pastor Steven Mayhorn will be officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Parks in Dyersburg. The family will receive friends Monday, May 14 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the church.
She leaves a husband, Leon Lyte; two daughters, Cherie A. (William known as Jake) Bolden of Dyersburg; Vera L. (Ernest) Morton of Columbus, Ohio; a stepdaughter, Sheila L. Gregory of Columbus, Ohio; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, all of Columbus, Ohio.

Teresa Louise McKee, 43, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a student, and a member of Dyersburg Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where she was a Sunday School Teacher and she was a librarian.
Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Carl Chase and Bro. Danny Klutts officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family received visitors from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her mother, Patty Price McKee of Dyersburg; a sister, Nancie McKee of Dyersburg; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jackie McKee; and her grandparents, Annie and Owen O'Barr and Alora and Lloyd Price.
Pallbearers will be Dana Price, Dennis Price, Jacob Jimmerson, Christopher Lloyd Jones, Johnny Mack Fulcher and Jim Millis. Honorary pallbearer will be Willard Chamberlain.
Terry R. Norris, 71, of Ridgely, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family on Friday, May 11, 2012 at his residence.
He was a retired tool & die maker for Bennett's Incorporated and a member of Calvary Independent Baptist Church. He was a duck call maker, member of Reelfoot Duck Call Association, he was a cabinet, furniture and knife maker, a taxidermist, member of National Wild Turkey Federation and an avid hunter and fisherman.
Services were held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Independent Baptist Church with Bro. Carl Southerland officiating. Burial was in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
The family received visitors from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at Dyersburg Funeral Home Ridgely Chapel and from 1-3 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Survivors include his wife, Alice Norris of Ridgely; two daughters, Chancey Pope and husband, Charles, and Terressa Edgin and husband, Chris, all of Dyersburg; a son, Kelly Norris and wife, Jennifer, of Dyersburg; his mother, Thelma Norris of Metropolis, IL; three sisters, Ruth Collier of Anna, IL, Janie Goines of Metropolis, IL and Brenda Goines of Grand Chain, IL; three brothers, Donnie Norris of Cypress, IL, Glen Norris of Tiptonville and Darrell Norris of Salem, IL; and two grandchildren, Erin Hunter and Genevieve Savannah Pope, both of Dyersburg.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Norris; a son, Terry Norris, Jr.; and three brothers, Kenneth Norris, Dennis Norris and Autry Norris.
Pallbearers were Bobby Norris, Casey Norris, Josh Barnes, Kirk Palmer, Jeremiah Palmer and Shane Cockman.
Mr. Billy "Babyrae" Smith, 73, of Ridgely, TN died Friday, May 11, 2012 at his residence in Ridgely. He was a Christian and a retired employee of the City of Dyersburg where he worked for over 26 years.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 14, 2012 graveside at Dyer County Memorial Gardens with Bro. Dewayne Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Dyer County Memorial Gardens. Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Zana Kolwyck Smith; and three brothers, Bobby Smith, Otis Smith, and Odell Smith.
