Grand jury hands down 56 indictments

The Dyer County Grand Jury met last week and handed down 56 indictments on a number of charges ranging from initiation process to manufacture meth to stalking. There were also 47 secret indictments handed down.

The list of indictments are:

Gene Luigi Atkins 204 1st St., Evansville, Tenn. and Sherren Rene Evans "aka: Sherren Dean", 48 Warren St, Newbern, Tenn. were both indicted for initiation process to manufacture methamphetamine.

Brent Lamar Bell, address unavailable, was indicted for sale of a controlled substance, Schedule VI (marijuana), in an amount in excess of half an ounce.

Benjamin Eric Boatright, 505 Elm St. Apt. 3, Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for aggravated burglary, kidnapping, domestic assault, and violation of an order of protection.

Todd Allen Clanton, Brent Allen McNeely, and Brian Keith McNeely, addresses unavailable, were indicted for driving on revoked license (third offense) and initiation of methamphetamine manufacture.

Jerry Brandon Chessor, 1527 Lewis Ave., Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for felony reckless endangerment (2 counts), DUI, evading arrest in a motor vehicle.

Steven Harris Clark, address unavailable, was indicted for sale of a controlled substance, Sch. II (morphine).

Montrelle Crittendon and Martrell Menyard, addresses unavailable, were indicted for aggravated burglary and attempted aggravated robbery.

Carl Lee Davis, 131 Watkins St., Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for aggravated robbery.

Audra Virginia Dodd, address unavailable, was indicted for filing a false police report.

Michael Wayne Edwards, address unavailable, was indicted for possession with intent to sell a Sch. II controlled substance (morphine).

Chasity C. Finney, 289 Church St., Halls, Tenn., was indicted for theft under $500/ shoplifting (2 counts) and disorderly conduct.

Jeffery Wayne Franklin, James Dale Franklin Jr., and Erica Lynn Epperson, addresses unavailable, were indicted for initiation process to manufacture methamphetamine.

Brian Gauldin, address unavailable, was indicted for attempted rape.

James Goldsmith, 153 Ross Ave., Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for violation of the motor vehicle act and DUI (fourth offense).

Anthony Goosinow, 502 Shannon Ave., Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for burglary of a motor vehicle and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Koty Raheen Gross, address unavailable, was indicted for possession with intent to sell a Sch. VI (marijuana) controlled substance in an amount over half an ounce and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Amy Dianne Hill, 2335 Federal Drive, Apt. D-1, Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for promotion of manufacture of methamphetamine.

Bronwen Hogshooter, address unavailable, was indicted for possession of contraband in a penal institution.

Jackson Hogshooter, 1214 Ewell Ave., Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for domestic assault, initiation process to manufacture methamphetamine, and stalking.

William Ray Kail and Joanna Gail Brimm, addresses unavailable, were indicted for theft over $1,000.

Travis Wayne Kimble, 1006 Tickle St., Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for violation of the motor vehicle act.

Andre Deshawn Long, address unavailable, was indicted for possession with intent to sell Sch. VI (marijuana) in an amount over half an ounce.

David Dewayne Long, address unavailable, was indicted for aggravated assault (2 counts).

Laquanda Matthews, 1715 Forrest St., Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for aggravated assault.

Shunquita L. Matthews, address unavailable, was indicted for attempted to obtain possession of controlled substance by fraud.

Brian McNeely, address unavailable, was indicted for drug felon in possession of firearm, simple possession of a Sch. VI (marijuana), possession with intent to sell a controlled substance Sch. II (methamphetamine) in amount in excess of .5 grams.

George Franklin Mitchell, address unavailable, was indicted for violation of the Motor Vehicle Habitual Offender Act (2 counts), assault.

John Dustin Morris, address unavailable, was indicted for initiation of process to manufacture methamphetamine.

Roy Lynn Prince, 227 Butterworth, Apt. A, Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for theft over $500.

Crystal Patrice Rhodes, 707 Christie St., Dyersburg, Tenn., and Ernest Richard Norville, 1362 Ervin Tucker Road, Bells, Tenn., were indicted for theft under $500, shoplifting, promotion manufacture methamphetamine.

Brandon Keith Rogers, address unavailable, was indicted for promotion manufacture methamphetamine, simple possession of a controlled substance Sch. II (oxycodone).

Demetric Roundtree, 1846 Curry St., Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for aggravated burglary.

Nicholas Sherman, 145 Longfellow St., Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for theft over $1,000.

Riley W. Sherren, 903 Central St., Dyersburg, Tenn., and Pamela Sherren, address unavailable, were indicted for possession with intent to sell/deliver a controlled substance Sch. II (cocaine) in an amount in excess of .5 grams.

Crystal G. Swift, 1821 Schaffer St., Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for driving on revoked license, aggravated burglary (two counts), and theft over $500.

Shawn Tyler Truett, address unavailable, was indicted for aggravated assault and aggravated kidnapping.

Marion D. Ward, address unavailable, was indicted for possession with intent to sell/deliver controlled substance Sch. VI (marijuana) in an amount over half an ounce.

Billy Cantrell Wesley, address unavailable, was indicted for possession with intent to sell/deliver controlled substance Sch. II (cocaine) in an amount over .5 grams.

John L. Williams, 89 Steve Drive, Dyersburg, Tenn., was indicted for aggravated assault.

Brian Taylor Wilson, address unavailable, was indicted for manufacture of methamphetamine over .5 grams.
